Client Background: A women's clothing boutique brand from Los Angeles, USA, focusing on high-end party and evening wear retail. They needed to customize 500 pieces of sequin party dresses for the autumn sales season, with strict quality control and on-time delivery requirements for their event schedule.

Client Demand: Custom design based on their reference pictures, use specified high-density sequin fabric, add their private brand labels, and complete delivery within 20 days.

Our Solution:

We arranged sample making within 3 days, adjusted version details twice according to client feedback, and the sample was approved in 7 days.
We arranged priority production scheduling for this order, assigned a dedicated order manager to follow up the whole process, and updated production progress to the client every 5 days.
Our QC team conducted three inspections during production: fabric incoming inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product full inspection, to ensure every dress meets quality standards.
