To eliminate quality inconsistencies in large-volume OEM party dress orders, ZGYESE has built a standalone 300-square-meter QC workshop fully separated from production lines, officially put into operation in mid-July 2026. The workshop is equipped with fabric tensile testers, color fastness machines, sequin drop resistance detectors and standard sizing mannequins covering US, EU and Australian size charts.

Our standardized multi-stage QC process covers four key links: raw fabric incoming inspection, semi-finished garment stitching check, finished dress full visual audit and pre-shipment random sampling. Every bulk OEM order will receive a formal QC report before loading, and we fully support third-party inspection arranged by overseas buyers.
