Complete Guide to Custom Party Dress OEM: How to Start Your Bulk Order

If you are planning to start a custom party dress OEM project but are unclear about the process, this complete guide from ZGYESE factory will help you understand the full bulk customization workflow clearly.

Step 1: Requirement confirmation. Tell us your design ideas, reference pictures, target price range, order quantity and fabric requirements. Our sales team will provide a preliminary quotation and feasibility suggestions within 24 hours.

Step 2: Sample making. After confirming the basic plan, we will make a pre-production sample for you to check fabric, workmanship and size. You can put forward modification opinions until the sample is satisfactory.

Step 3: Bulk order confirmation. After the sample is approved, both parties sign the bulk order contract and you pay the deposit. We will arrange the production schedule immediately.

Step 4: Production and inspection. During production, we will update progress regularly. Before shipment, we conduct full quality inspection, and you can also arrange third-party inspection.

Step 5: Delivery and after-sales. After the balance payment is paid, we arrange shipping by sea, air or express according to your requirements, and provide after-sales support for subsequent orders.
