All OEM sample review and approval work strictly follows the fixed rules embedded in our core OEM factory management system, the whole sample iteration process divides into initial hand prototype, mold trial sample, pre-production golden sample and bulk production reference sample four stages with independent inspection checklists for each stage covering material consistency, dimensional accuracy, craft detail performance, color matching and functional stability, every sample version is labeled with unique serial numbers and paired with complete test reports archived in our digital factory system, only after the client signs written confirmation on the golden sample can the factory launch formal mold opening and mass production scheduling, any design modification proposed after golden sample confirmation will trigger supplementary mold adjustment procedures and updated sample re-inspection according to our factory system’s change control clauses, clearly defining the responsibility division of additional time and cost generated by late customization adjustments to form transparent and standardized OEM sample cooperation rules for all brand clients without ambiguous judgment standards during sample communication.
