We have completed the expansion of two standardized production workshops and added eight flexible automated assembly lines to upgrade our overall OEM order bearing system, the expanded factory layout divides production areas according to product categories to realize independent line management for different types of customized OEM goods, the unified factory scheduling system reasonably distributes production tasks between large bulk orders and small-batch trial custom orders without mutual interference, optimizes raw material circulation routes between warehouse and production workshops to cut material handling waiting time, increases daily finished product output while maintaining consistent full-process quality inspection standards formulated in our core OEM factory management system, and reserves independent mold storage and maintenance zones to speed up mold switching efficiency for frequent OEM customization projects, greatly improving the factory’s ability to respond to sudden order surges and multi-variety mixed customized production demands from global brand customers.
